SHIPPING & RETURNS

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within four weeks after you’ve handed your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you’ll receive your refund more quickly. This timeline includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (usually 7 to 15 business days), our processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the additional time your bank may take to process the refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days).
